Brand Image Libraries
for Marketing, Recruiting and Sales.
You need more pictures than ever.
One well-planned shoot covers a year of them.
I've built image libraries for Humana (twice), Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Experience Kissimmee, Comfort Keepers, Massey Services, and Atwell and RVi. Same idea every time: plan everything so marketing has what they need for the year, then capture it in one shoot as opposed to several. Your actual employees (or talent), in your actual space. The careers page, the trade show booth, next quarter's social calendar, and the sales deck all come from that one photo and video shoot. Then marketing stops paying to re-license the same four stock photos every quarter. Every image here came out of a library build. Libraries usually come out of the same commercial and advertising shoots I do for brands and agencies.

What I Cover
Where
Orlando and Central Florida (including Tampa), statewide for brands with offices spread across markets, and Atlanta as a genuine second base. Multi-location isn’t a problem. Tell me your footprint and I’ll plan the days around it.
A Library vs One-Off Shoots
A one-off solves today's needs but puts you back at square one in 3 months. A library is planned against the whole year, so the same shoot covers next quarter's social, your website, and your email sales funnel. Some brands need both.
Quality & Experience
2x libraries for Humana. Resort libraries for Holiday Inn Club Vacations and 2x for Experience Kissimmee. Home care imagery for Comfort Keepers. A library for Massey Services. Corporate culture for Atwell and Rai, an engineering firm and a landscape architecture practice sharing one office.
Rate & Availability
Depends on scope: locations, shoot days, complexity, and how many final images you need. That drives the image count, not the other way around. Here's how I think about pricing commercial work generally. Tell me what marketing needs to produce this year and I'll tell you what that takes.
How many images does a library include?
Depends on how much of the year you need covered, how many locations are involved, etc. Scope drives the number of images. Tell me what marketing has to produce and customize it accordingly.
Does this replace our stock subscription?
For anything meant to look like your company, most likely. You may need to dip into stock occasionally. It can be fine for generic filler. It's not fine for the careers page or the leadership team.
FAQ
Can one day cover multiple locations?
Sometimes, if they're close and the shot list is realistic. Moving locations takes more time than you would think. I’ll keep you informed on what’s possible.
Who owns the images after?
Usage and licensing get set per project in the estimate, before the shoot, same as any commercial job. No surprises after delivery.
You won’t stand out using images everyone has licensed.
Tell me your ideas, locations, and timeline. I'll come back with a number.
