I'm Brian Carlson, a commercial and advertising lifestyle photographer and director based in Orlando, but often in Atlanta. Twenty years in, the job hasn't changed much: make the person in front of the camera feel prepared and confident, plan the day so that if anything goes wrong you’re prepared, then let the creative juices flow.

Most projects that come through are one of a few things: an in-house marketing team that needs an image library, an agency that needs a shoot built to a specific layout or campaign brief, a company looking for imagery of some sort, or a production company that needs unit stills shot alongside video.
